How information is handled

Enquiries are stored by the website’s hosting and database services. Do not include passwords, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information in the form. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Job applications and document uploads

Averon Projects and Technology Ltd is responsible for recruitment information collected through this website. We use your name, contact details, location, work history, qualifications, availability, sponsorship answer and uploaded CV to assess your application and contact you about recruitment. Qualification uploads are optional. Identity documents should be uploaded only when requested by our recruitment team; you can apply without them.

Applications and files are stored privately through our website hosting, database and file storage services. When our Google Drive connection is enabled, a copy is saved in a restricted Averon recruitment folder. Access is limited to authorised recruitment personnel and the service providers processing information on our behalf. Applications are not published or added to a marketing list.

We process application information to take steps towards employment at your request and for our legitimate interest in assessing candidates. Where relevant, identity and right-to-work checks support legal obligations. A document upload alone does not complete those checks.

We aim to remove unsuccessful application records within six months after the recruitment decision unless a longer period is necessary to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Identity documents should be reviewed and removed sooner where no longer required; records needed for employment or statutory checks follow the applicable employment retention requirements. Copies in website storage and Google Drive are reviewed separately.

To request access, correction or deletion, raise an objection or ask about retention and service providers, contact info@averonprojects.com. Some rights depend on the reason we hold the information. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please do not submit bank details, medical records or irrelevant sensitive information through this application.

Appointments and proposals

A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment or a contract for services. Scope, availability, pricing and engagement terms are agreed separately.

This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential authentication and security mechanisms to provide access to the site.
