AVERONPROJECTS & TECHNOLOGY

CONTRACTED PROJECT DELIVERY

Long-term ambition.
Clearly defined delivery.

From a defined work package to a programme spanning several years, the starting point is the same: agree what needs to be delivered and who is responsible.

LARGER PROJECTS & PROGRAMMES

A clear structure
for complex work.

We welcome enquiries for large-scale projects, phased rollouts, multiple sites and long-term support arrangements across our service areas. Scope, capacity, locations and delivery arrangements are assessed before any commitment is made.

Our intended model centres on defined client contracts and work packages, with the relevant Averon delivery responsibilities set out in writing. Where specialist suppliers or subcontractors are required, their roles and the interfaces between teams are agreed at the outset.

FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

Every phase
has a purpose.

01

Define the brief

Establish the business objective, scope, locations, constraints and the outcomes the client needs. Identify any technical, safety or regulatory input required.

02

Agree the contract

Set out deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, commercial terms, acceptance criteria and the process for approving changes.

03

Mobilise the team

Plan the skills and capacity needed, establish reporting lines and agree access, induction, resources and communication arrangements.

04

Manage delivery

Review progress against the plan, track risks and dependencies, coordinate agreed work and bring decisions to the right people.

05

Handover and review

Complete agreed checks, provide the specified documentation and agree any follow-on phase, maintenance or support requirements.

ARRANGEMENTS WE CAN DISCUSS

A defined project

A specific scope with agreed deliverables, milestones and completion criteria. Suitable for an implementation, refurbishment or focused improvement programme.

A phased programme

A longer-term plan divided into approved stages or work packages, with review points and resourcing matched to each phase.

Ongoing support

A separately agreed support or maintenance scope, with service expectations, responsibilities and review arrangements documented in the contract.

OUR WORKFORCE APPROACH

Lasting employment.
Continuity of knowledge.

We aim to build directly employed teams and lasting careers with Averon. Our workforce plans allow for continuity through longer projects and future assignments as contracts are secured.

A multi-year programme may require different skills at different stages. We plan for development, supervision, handovers and changes in capacity, with each person’s employment terms agreed separately from the duration of a client contract.

For each delivery engagement, the proposal identifies who manages the work, who makes decisions and who accepts the completed outputs.
